Technical Staff
The technical staff provides support for all of the hardware and software on the computers. If you need assistance, please contact them. However, be aware that they are operational specialists and not application specialist. Therefore, if you need assistance with a specific software program, they may not be familiar with it. If you need assistance with a software program and they are not able to assist you with it, you can contact the Help Desk at your home university.
