Application for Official Degree Plan Form
QUEST Main Page | About QUEST | Degree Plan Application | Appointments
Application for an Official Interdisciplinary Studies Degree Plan form should be filled out by QUEST students who have completed one full semester of coursework at UH Sugar Land. As an official document that shows coursework completed and courses required for graduation, an official degree plan is created in the best interest of the student because it serves as a roadmap of coursework required for graduation. Therefore, we suggest that all students apply for an official degree plan as early as possible after they have completed one full semester of coursework at UH Sugar Land, which is typically during the second semester in the QUEST program. For approval to graduate, each QUEST student must have an official degree plan on file.
Note: This form is setup primarily for students pursuing "Elementary/Early Childhood". Students seeking specialization in "Bilingual/Early Childhood" or Elementary/Special Education" must make an appointment with a UH-Main advisor to file an official degree plan.
