The Multimedia Lab in Room 305 is a multipurpose room. It can be used for videoconferencing or as a computer lab. If you wish to schedule it for videoconferencing, you can do so on the Videoconference Scheduling Calendar. If you wish to schedule it for a computer lab, you can use this schedule to check availability and then use the Reservation Form to reserve the room. The matrix below shows the days and times that the Multimedia Lab is available. This matrix will change each semester. To schedule the multimedia lab for computer use,

• Review the matrix to see the available days of the week and times.

• When you have identified an available day and time, click on the link for the Reservation Form. Then, complete the form and push Submit Form.

• Upon receipt of the reservation form, the Technology Scheduler will schedule the lab and send you an e-mail confirming your reservation.
