Technology Scheduling
All of the technology at the UHS Sugar Land facility is reserved online through the Technology Scheduler. Click on a link below to see a description of the technology. Along with the descriptions, links are provided to the reservation forms.
You may also request software from your home university for installation in the open and instructional computer labs.

- 9 rooms available with different seating capacities (30 to 50)
- 4 rooms have a PC, connections for a personal laptop, 2000 lumen LCD projector, and screen. 5 rooms have an integrated media system which includes instructor lectern, 3500 lumen LCD projector, a PC and connections for a personal laptop, DVD/VCR player, audio, and screen. A document camera can be scheduled for use
- All the equipment in the 5 integrated media system rooms is controlled by a user-friendly touch panel

- Can be used by faculty or staff when classes are not in session.
- Contain instructor workstation with a computer, document camera, and VCR/DVD player.
- All the equipment is controlled by a user-friendly touch panel or remote control
- The Telecom Analyst and other technical staff provide full-time support.

- Camcorder uses 8mm (standard, Hi-8, or Digital 8) tapes. Tripod available
- Digital camera can take up to 150 high resolution pictures
- Pictures are saved on a memory disk and downloaded over a USB reader
- Reserve camcorder or digital camera with the Technology Scheduler, at 281.275.3327.
