UH System at Sugar Land has five rooms with videoconference capability. These can be scheduled outside of the normal class schedule. The matrix below shows the rooms and times that are available for videoconferences. This matrix will change each semester.
IMPORTANT!! - Before scheduling a videoconference with UHSSL, please make sure you have made arrangements with the appropriate videoconference staff at the site you wish to connect with Sugar Land. The process described on this page schedules ONLY the UHSSL site.
To schedule a videoconference,
- review the matrix to see the available days of the week and times.
- When you have identified an available day and time, click on the link for the Videoconference Reservation Form. Then, complete the form and push Submit.
- If you want to schedule several videoconferences at once, contact the Technology Scheduler.
- Upon receipt of the reservation form, the Technology Scheduler will schedule the videoconference and you will then receive an email confirming your reservation.
