Facilities Work Order

This work order is used to request maintenance, custodial, or other facilities work at the UH system centers at Sugar Land and Cinco Ranch. It will be sent to the Building Maintenance Manager, John Sprinkle, for processing. No work will be done to the facilities without submission of a work order.
